I think guitar pick earrings are so cool! It's a great, yet discreet way to show who your favorite bands are. I had some of these earrings from before, and ordered a few more just before Christmas. The shop I've bought them from is www.simplyraevyn.com/. Great quality, good communication and fast shipping.

Kicking off the new year with a list of the books I read in 2017. I did a similar blog post last year about the books I read in 2016, and said I was inspired by, but didn't think about starting, a bookstagram account, but I did create one. My account @bookish_vampire_elf and the bookstagram community has helped me discover many awesome books and to reach my reading goal which was 12 books, but ended on a total count of 17. I also started to subscribe to the Fairyloot box in Febrauary last year, which is an awesome YA book box with great bookish merch and a good book.
My goal this year is to read 20 books. Hopefully more. My TBR list is very long, and I got plenty of books to choose from from my own personal "library" up on my "geek loft". Here's the books I read in 2017: 1. Once Upon a Zombie 2. Catalyst 3. Anna Dressed in Blood 4. The Hobbit 5. Stalking Jack the Ripper 6. The Secret Diary of Laura Palmer 7. Strange The Dreamer 8. Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets 9. Blackhearts 10. Throne of Glass 11. Daughter of the Burning City 12. The Historian 13. Claudia's Story (Interview With the Vampire) 14. Conjured 15. Hallowe'en Party 16. Crown of Midnight 17. Even the Darkest Stars My fave reads are The Hobbit, Stalking Jack The Ripper, HP and the Chamber of Secrets, Throne of Glass, The Historian, Crown of Midnight and Even the Darkest Stars. I'm off to a good start this year with the book "Everless" by Sara Holland which was featured in Fairyloot's December box "Oh, So Regal". I'm probably done reading it by tomorrow, but it still has me guessing the plot, who's good and who's bad, and I love it. How many books did you read in 2017? What was your favorite read? |
