I was thinking that rather than posting the month by month recaps first, and then the outfits and selfies from each month, I thought I'd do every other post recap - outfits and selfies - recap and so on. I've been very lazy doing my hair and make-up this year, sometimes only once a week, if that. I really can't be bothered with it if I'm not leaving the house for some reason. Not even grocery shopping and going to the post office. I've just accepted how I look without make-up, and don't care, and when I don't care, people doesn't seem to notice, or if they do, I still don't care, lol. It's not that big of a deal. Anyway, here are som outfits from January, and some non make-up selfies when trying on things I got in the mail. Just because I've been lazy doesn't mean I don't care about clothes. I still very much do!

I haven't blogged in ages! I know I always say that, but time really flies, and I find it easier to just post pictures on Instagram. But I will not forsake blogging, because it's a great platform for recaps and all that. And yeah, it's about time to start to wrapping up the year 2020. It's been a wierd year, right? Other than a couple of festivals I don't feel I've missed out on much, so it's been a rather normal year for me, but then again, not.
In January we went to our last concert before everything got cancelled and put on hold. We saw Operation Mindcrime in Trondheim. Geoff Tate and the band performed the albums Rage for Order and Empire in their entirety. It was an epic show, and we had a great time. Glad we got to see one band live this year! We also visited my folks since they live close to Trondheim and the gig we were going to. Other than that, January was rather eventful. The first month of the year usually is. I posted most of the outfits I wore in October last autumn when I started blogging again, but I forgot to post my Halloween outfit, and some selfies. I'm slowly getting around to wrap up 2019, haha, and will start with this year asap when I have. I know blogs aren't that much used these days, as most things happen on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and TikTok, but I'm still kinda old school and like having a blog. I don't care how many who actually reads it or checks out my posts, but it's a nice place to keep an online diary to keep track of what we did then and then :)
I got my hair done last September (outfit with grey sweater), finally used the styling idea with a band tee under a semi see-through sweater (leather skirt outfit), started decorating and filming Halloween episodes for my YouTube channel at the end of the month (Scissorhand outfit), tried on my new flame dress from Wicked Lester Clothing, and ended up not going to Oslo to see Sisters of Mercy... That sums up that month, lol! :D
Probably about time to start wrapping up last years outfits and such. I know! So superficial! But clothes and styling will always be a hobby and passion of mine, an escape mixing up clothes to the image one has in one's mind based on a vibe, a decade, or just a great outfit in general :)
July last year was a rather good dress-up month for me and I got to style different outfits for Norway Rock festival, out and about, and just summer-ish :) My fave looks are probably the L.A. Guns one, the Skid Row look, and the Guns N' Roses look.
Which outfit is your fave from this month? --- I realize my blog has become a wrap-up blog lately, but if I didn't use it for that, I probably wouldn't have used it at all. I have stuff to tell, things happening, but all in good time ;) Every year when entering the summer months, the 80s kicks in more than usual, and it's warm enough to wear just a band tee without freezing. Of course one can rock the outfit with a denim or leather jacket anyway, it's just much more fun to get dressed when the weather allows it to skip layers and warm sweaters.
The first half of May wasn't very outfit-y, but I got to dress up some on my weekend trip to London with my friend Live. I have a walk-in room full of clothes, and many different style preferences, and May last year was kinda a mix of that.
I visited my folks, and had a relaxing Easter at home last April, so rather simple and chill outfits from that month.
